| Lagoon Car Rental is the absolute BEST car rental company I’ve ever rented from. I’ve rented cars in multiple countries dozens of times, over the course of 10+ years and never have I experienced such incredible customer service from a car rental company. We’ve rented from Lagoon twice so far and I will always recommend you to any friends and family who travel to Iceland in the future. All of your reps are professional, warm, friendly, helpful and informative. Renting a car is the first thing we do after landing at the airport of course, so it really is our “introduction” to Iceland each time – with Lagoon, that intro to Iceland is always a positive one and our trip begins on the right foot. The cars are in excellent condition and we always feel safe in them. Their complimentary pick-up/drop-off at the airport is also lovely (and not something super common in the US so we are always very appreciative of that added bonus!). The only thing I wish were different.. is that I wish Lagoon existed in every country we travel to! Then every car rental experience could be as smooth as our experiences with Lagoon.
